Moving At The Speed of Life

Finally back to work this week for me and finally back into the routine of life again after the holidays.  It's an interesting concept - all this "family time" and holiday activities but then almost a relief to be back into a routine. Do you feel that way?  What if it was the other way around - what if the normal routine was family time?

So this morning in the first real break of the week I happened to scan the TV by CBS Sunday Morning and they were just starting a story on Nick Vujicic.  If you don't know who Nick is you should he is truly inspirational.  Born without arms and legs he has been through life's struggles to come out on the top and now inspires others with a true heartwarming story.  Here is the story from CBS Sunday Morning this morning it's worth the five minutes to watch:  http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=50138905n

Nick's story is truly an inspiration - one could easily have given up, even Nick tries, but he was obviously meant for something more - something that should remind us all that even when the worst of the day is upon there is always a purpose, something that we were meant for.

So as we move forward in this New Year let us not forget the holidays and family time that was here just days ago but let us also remember that now that we are back in the fast paced world of work, school, sports activities, and everything else that we have even more opportunities to inspire others.  Are you ready for the challenge?
